1. After receiving the goods, please be sure to check the goods in person with the courier brother before signing for them. If you find a problem with the goods during the inspection (the courier supports in-person inspection and receipt), please report to the online customer service within 24 hours and ask the customer service for the handling method. If you do not contact the customer service in time within 24 hours after the problem occurs! The seller is not responsible for any problems caused!

2. There is no problem with the inspection after receiving the goods. Please check whether there is any problem with the use within 48 hours after signing for it. If non-human quality problems are found during use, please contact customer service within 48 hours. If the problem is not checked and reported in time, the buyer will bear the return and exchange freight incurred.

3. Because remote control toys belong to the electronic category of goods, they are all with batteries. Logistics and express delivery cannot go by air, but only by land, so the arrival time will be slower than that of air transportation.

Buyers must read:

1. About the product: The products sent will pass multiple inspections during production, postpartum, and before delivery, and will be fully qualified before delivery. However, various uncertain factors will lead to the loss of product function. Our company can only guarantee a 98% pass rate, and 2% is within the scope of exemption. Pictures and real objects: More than 95% of product pictures are selfies, which can truthfully reflect the reality of the product itself. However, due to factors such as light and shooting level, there may be slight differences between the pictures and the real object. Due to market changes and other factors, the factory may adjust the color, packaging method, etc. of the product and outer packaging. Please refer to the actual situation.

2. Regarding returns and exchanges: For exchanges and returns, please contact our sales customer service to confirm first. If you return goods by yourself without the permission of the customer service, our company will reject them. The sales customer service receives returns and exchanges, and will only accept them if they meet the return and exchange standards. After the warehouse receives the return request, it will look for it according to the courier slip. If you fill in the unclear information, it will be rejected. Please carefully check the number of returns and fill in the return documents carefully.

3. About logistics: The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company and is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by weather, vehicle arrangement, traffic conditions and many other factors. The estimated transportation time between us and you is for reference only, not as the content of the contract, nor as a reason for return.

4. Regarding the delivery period: Our products are in stock in basic quantities, but since our car models, remote control car models, remote control aircraft, etc. are all hot-selling products, and there are many export and domestic orders, we cannot rule out the possibility that some orders are out of stock after placing an order. Therefore, it is normal for the delivery period to be two to three days. We will try our best to arrange early delivery. If you have the goods in stock, try to ship them on the same day. Please understand that some goods are out of stock within three days. If you want to place a large number of orders, the delivery period and payment method need to be determined after negotiation with customer service.
