Shipping fee description

1. Regarding logistics, freight is generally paid on delivery, and the goods need to be picked up at the freight site. (Note: We can only help the buyer estimate the freight of the goods. The actual freight is mainly based on the amount at the time of pickup. Receipt standard

1. When the buyer picks up the goods, please check the goods carefully in front of the logistics and freight company personnel. If the outer box is found to be seriously deformed or damaged, the sealing tape is broken or defective, the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious traces of being unpacked and opened. Please unpack and count in person. If you find any errors, you must negotiate with the logistics company to solve the compensation. after-sales services

1. In principle, we do not accept returns. The products can be exchanged through negotiation due to factory quality problems, but the transportation cost incurred needs to be the responsibility of the buyer. After receiving the returned products, we will send the replacement together when the customer purchases the goods next time. We cannot accept the situation of sending them together in the next delivery. The freight is at the customer's own expense! You must inform Wangwang customer service of this store before sending it back!!!

2. Due to the particularity of toy products, they cannot be compared with home appliances. Therefore, all toy products sold by our company do not implement the three-guarantee policy. If there is a problem after use, our company does not assume any responsibility. If it is within our ability, we will help solve these problems, but all related costs incurred shall be borne by the customer. 3. The following conditions cannot be returned or exchanged: the returned product packaging is damaged or incomplete, the product accessories or related materials are incomplete, the goods are repaired or modified without authorization, not used or stored in normal ways, and the goods beyond the after-sales service period.
