Must read before placing an order

In order to ensure the responsibilities and obligations of both buyers and sellers, these regulations are specially formulated. Please understand as thanks! In principle, we do not accept returns (products can be replaced through negotiation due to factory quality problems, but the buyer needs to be responsible for the transportation costs incurred. Our quotations are ex-factory prices without any fees. The shipments of our products are strictly inspected by quality inspectors to ensure that the product quality is 100% problem-free, but due to various uncertainties, our factory can only guarantee that 97% -98% of the products after arrival have no problems, and 2% -3% are exempt from liability.)

The following conditions cannot be returned or exchanged: the returned product packaging is damaged or incomplete, the product accessories or related materials are incomplete, the goods are repaired or modified without authorization, not used or stored in normal ways, and the after-sales service period is exceeded.

First, delivery time:
The payment will be shipped on the same day or the next day. For example, due to too many orders, we will try our best to arrange the delivery within three days. If there are special orders with a large volume, you should communicate with us about the specific delivery time. The delivery time communicated by both parties shall prevail. If there is a special need to choose a courier, you should communicate with customer service in time.

II. Description of freight
1. Logistics: We can only help the buyer estimate the freight of the goods. The actual freight is mainly based on the amount at the time of pickup. We can control the delivery time, but we cannot say the arrival time of the freight station. Please understand! 2. Express: We calculate the freight of the express, and add the express freight to the order before payment. 3. We do not bear the round-trip freight for all orders, and do not bear the freight of exchange or return. Please be sure to read it carefully when placing an order.

III. Receipt criteria:
1. When the buyer picks up the goods by himself, please check the goods carefully in front of the logistics and freight company personnel. If the outer box is found to be seriously deformed or damaged, the sealing tape is broken or defective, the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious traces of being unpacked and opened. Please unpack and count in person. If you find any errors, you must negotiate with the logistics company in person to solve the compensation. If you can't solve it, please contact us in time at the freight station for negotiation; otherwise, you will be deemed to agree to accept the goods after signing for it.

Four: About after-sales service:
If there are product quality problems and unsalable problems, our store will exchange other products of the same amount. Customers can negotiate with our customer service for transfer and exchange. If we receive the return, and the packaging and accessories are in good condition, we will send the exchange. If it needs to be returned, we will return the goods at 20% off the goods, and will not bear any costs during transportation.

V. Disclaimer
1. The goods are all ordered by the customer for production and delivery. The products are generally made of plastic materials, and the packaging is made of paper materials. During transportation, especially in some long-distance cities, individual products may be subject to transportation losses (such as minor scratches due to collisions, such as slight deformation of individual color boxes packaged in color boxes, etc.). In this regard, we will use logistics double-layer packaging, padded buffers, and compact stacking to avoid damage events. Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. We will not be responsible for damage caused by transportation. Transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangement, traffic conditions, etc., and is not a reason for return.

2. Our toys are of high quality and low price, and they are great value for money. Some buyers feel that the workmanship is a little rough, flawed, not good materials, and different from what they imagined after receiving the goods. However, these are not quality problems. No matter what product is perfect, each of our products is in the real picture upload station. Please forgive me for being too picky. Please consider and see clearly when purchasing. 3. All dimensions are manually measured, and an error of 1-2CM is normal.

Special note: Seasonal animation products do not support returns and exchanges. Please consult customer service when wholesale. Products over the first quarter will be exchanged at a discount, and full returns are not supported. Our store does not support any returns due to career change.
