2. About returns and exchanges

3. About logistics: The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company and is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by weather, vehicle arrangement, traffic conditions and many other factors. The estimated transportation time between us and you is for reference only, not as the content of the contract, nor as a reason for return.

4. Regarding the delivery period: Our products have a basic amount of inventory, but due to the products, there are also many export and domestic sales orders, so the possibility of some out of stock after placing an order cannot be ruled out. Therefore, the delivery period is normal in two to three days. We will try our best to arrange early delivery. If you want to place a large number of orders, the delivery period and payment method need to be determined after negotiation with customer service.
